Our Fall Etiquette Class was so successful that we’re changing gears mid-year and turning the one-semester course into a two-semester course. All students who were enrolled in the Fall are invited back for Part 2 starting in January—in almost exactly the same time slot.
One modification of the course is that we have determined that the 45-minute time slot was too short, and needs to be extended to 60 minutes. This means that the session will begin as before at 1:50 p.m., and will run to 2:50 (instead of 2:35). (To accommodate this, the Skits Workshop will be pushed back 10 minutes to run from 3:00 to 4:35.)
We apologize for the inconvenience of this late development, and we understand that some of you may have already made other plans for January. It seemed good, though, to move forward anyway, even if we can’t get the whole class enrolled in this second semester. You may remember that this course is in development with a view toward packaging the curriculum for use in other cities–which we’d like to start preparing over the Summer, with one successful run of this 2nd semester under our belts already, if possible.
Please let us know as soon as possible whether to expect you to register. (Official registration for the Spring semester will be announced shortly–but please don’t want for that to let us know.)
NOTE: We know that there is a growing interest in our Etiquette Class, but we want to make it clear that this 2nd semester offering is only for those having already taken the first semester. Newcomers, therefore, will need to wait until Fall 2020 to take the two-semester course.
